Ceylan takes its name from the Turkish word for gazelle — a symbol of grace, quiet strength and quick, sure movement. It's the spirit we try to put into every bag we make.
Handmade, always
Each Ceylan piece begins as a design sketched by hand, then built bead by bead in our atelier. There are no machines and no shortcuts — only patience, a steady hand, and hours of work that most brands would rather skip.
A single bag can take 40 hours or more to complete, strung one glass bead at a time. Because every piece is made individually, no two bags are ever exactly alike. What you carry is genuinely yours.
Rooted in Türkiye
We work with a small circle of artisans in Türkiye, continuing a tradition of beadwork and handcraft that has been passed down for generations. Choosing Ceylan means choosing a slower, more considered kind of luxury — one that values the maker as much as the material.
Our philosophy
True luxury isn't loud. It's in the weight of a well-made clasp, the evenness of a thousand hand-strung beads, the knowledge that someone made this for you, specifically, with their own hands. That's the promise behind every Ceylan bag.
